Will a signature be required for delivery?
Yes, an grownup signature, 21 years or older, is required for the transport of all Pearde Design  orders

 

Can I pay with two or more forms of payment?

Yes, we accept two forms of payment for merchandise. We accept credit cards, debit cards, Paypal.

 

Can I track  my order?
Yes, the day your order is shipped, your tracking number  will be despatched to you by means of email. We ship the use of priority 5 to 10 days  shipping  and an person signature, a individual 21 years or older, will be required for the package.

Will my order be insured as soon as it has shipped?
Yes, all Pearde Design Jewelries with raw diamonds will be ship with insurance.(Note only products with raw diamond) and someone at the age of 18+ should sign for it.

 

Is your website secure?

Yes, we have multiple layers of security to ensure your personal information and payment details are secure.

 

Do you buy diamonds and gold jewelry?

Yes, we do have diamonds real diamond and gold jewelleries  

 

Does Pearde Design ship internationally?

Yes, we ship orders internationally via FedEx and DHL.

 

 

Can you ship my item to an address different from my billing address?

Yes we can ship to a different address other than your billing address for most forms of payment. We will require an email or text stating that you authorize the order to be shipped to a different address, which you will provide.

 

Can you resize a ring  or any other customization I buy at Pearde Design?

Yes, we will resize the ring, free of charge, but you have to inform us before the item is ship because items ship cannot be return

 

Will I be charged sales tax on my Pearde Design  purchase?

All orders within United Kingdom are subject to 20% sales tax. If your order is being shipped outside United Kingdom, you will not be charged sales tax.

 

If my order is shipped internationally, will I be required to pay fees, duties, or taxes?

The customs office of the destination country or region may impose customs fees, import duties, taxes, and other charges on your international order. These additional charges required for customs clearance are the responsibility of the recipient. When your order arrives at customs, you will be contacted by the carrier or the customs office to arrange for the payment of any charges that may be due. If the additional custom fees are not paid and the package goes missing on the way back to the sender, Pearde Design  will not issue a refund to the buyer.

 

Can I make changes to my order once it has been placed and confirmed?

Once you have received your confirmation email stating your item is in the process of being created, we cannot make any changes to the design, metal color or diamond quality.

 

My package is lost or has been tampered with, what do I do next?

If your package is lost or has been tampered with prior to receipt, reach out to us at 00447360499228 email us at sales@peardedesign.com . Please provide your name, order number, and phone number to reach you for details. We will then open a claim investigation with the carrier. During this time, Pearde Design  cannot refund or replace the item in question until the investigation has been complete. Please note that the investigation process could take up to 90 days. If your package becomes lost due to non-payment of any additional customs fees or duties, Pearde Design will not be required to issue a refund.
