Canceling or Changing an Order
If you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact us using the contact form on our website or send email to these adreses by firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com and you can also call us on +447389640290 within 14 DAYS after receiving your order.
We will inform you as soon as possible about changes and cancellations relating to your order. Some changes to an item of jewelry may result in costs and delays and later dispatch date. We are unable to process any changes or cancellations of orders that have already been dispatched.
Diverting packages to alternative addresses is not possible if the package is already on its way. For questions about changes of address during transit, please contact the carrier.
All items will be sent to process within 1-3 days after we receive the payment. Each item is then shipped based on your location/address. Therefore, any cancellations after that time will not be possible so make sure to verify the items you are ordering and your shipping information prior to placing your order.
Return & Exchange Conditions
- All Real diamond and gold jewelry are not allowed to return because of the high price they are most times made by the goldsmith after your order.
- All items must be returned in their original condition, without scratches or signs of wear, and must not be resized or altered in any way.
- Items without jewelry tag, box, or that have been worn, damaged, or altered are not refundable and will be returned to the customer at their expense.
- The item must also be accompanied by the Moissanite report, or 10% of the item charge will be assessed to replace the certificate.
- When returning, and exchanging, customers must use a shipping method that can be tracked. Returns or resizing with no tracking will not be processed.
- For return, any promotional gifts received must be included with the returned items. Otherwise, the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund.
- Do not remove the jewelry tag until you are certain you want to keep your item.
- Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.
Returns will be processed within 5 days upon receipt of your package.
- The refund will be issued to your original payment account or in the form of store credit as you requested.
- If you placed your order with a gift card, you will be refunded in the form of store credit. Shipping charges or additional service charges will not be refunded.
Orders shipped to International Destinations also have 14 days to return the item, but, customers are responsible for return shipping expense
Pearde Design real gold, diamonds, and iced cut jewelry are covered by one year warranty starting from the day you received your order and our warranty protects your jewelry against defects in design, manufacturing, and workmanship because we stand behind the products we sell.
- The customer will be responsible for the shipping fee to send the items back to Pearde Design shipping address.
- Customers should make sure that items are safely packed before sending them back because Pearde Design will not be responsible for any lost or stolen items.
- When sending back the items, the customer must use a shipping method that has to track them. Packages with no tracking will not be processed.
- Pearde Design reserves the right to void the warranty on any items showing signs of modification, abuse, or damage beyond "normal wear", as determined by our jewelry professionals.
